It is a private non-profit organization (NGO) registered through the Civil Affairs Bureau; it mainly serves people with mental disabilities over the age of 14 and was initially established in cooperation with the Tianjin Children's Welfare Institute. Later, it gradually developed into a family-oriented mentally handicapped person. However, we continue to serve the mentally handicapped orphans and continue to provide services to more mentally handicapped friends. Tianjin Huiling currently has a simulated accommodation family consisting of a family counselor and no more than 6 “family members”, allowing students to learn how to live independently and share the troubles of life in a real family environment; Day activity group; the activity group uses community resources (such as shopping malls, markets, parks, supermarkets, residential areas and other public resources) to provide group activities and individual training for mentally handicapped people to help them discover their potential, enhance their self-care ability, and learn to master in society. The necessary skills to integrate into the community; In order to help and meet the service needs of people with mental disabilities in different regions, Huiling has set up service entities in Guangzhou, Beijing, Xi'an, Xining, Changsha, Chongqing, Lanzhou, Wanzhou, Qingyuan, Hangzhou and Shanghai to help more mental disorders. People and their families. Due to the lack of fixed government funding, Huiling only charges 30%-40% of the students' fees. More than 60% of the daily expenses are from social donations. At the same time, Hui Ling also strives to help many families with mentally handicapped people to seek help and support from social enthusiasts so that they can receive services in a timely manner.
